I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The staff seemed unprofessional, spending too much time on personal calls rather than assisting guests. The room was not cleaned as requested, and there was constant noise from children that made it hard to relax.

Two things stood out,, first was how cute the staff was, particularly Keegan,, who helped us get an early check-in. The room we got had a full kitchen and was very spacious, allowing us to feel totally at home.

It was a bit pricey,, but for what we got,, it was still acceptable.

We visited a nearby winery and explored downtown. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff was super friendly. Don't miss the comfy beds! Just a heads up, breakfast could have more options.

hawthorn had spacious and modern rooms that were perfect for my group. the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour with local wine. the outdoor pool was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.
